TimeFirst AI LLC ("TimeFirst AI," "we," "us") is a Virginia limited liability company based in Richmond, Virginia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through timefirstai.com and when you contact or work with us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. The short version

  • We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising pixels on this site.
  • We only collect what you choose to send us: through the "Work with us" form, when you book a call, or when you email us.
  • We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

2. What we collect and why

Visiting the site

This site is a static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives basic technical information (such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this information to identify you.

Most of our fonts are served from our own site. One decorative font (Caveat) loads from Google Fonts, so your browser requests it from Google, which receives your IP address and browser information under Google's own privacy policy.

The "Work with us" form

If you fill in the form, we collect your name, email, phone number, business name, the kind of business you run and your message. The form sends this to HubSpot, our customer records tool, which creates a contact record and emails us so we can reply. We use it to answer you, prepare for a conversation and keep track of our work together.

Booking a call

The "Book a call" buttons open our booking page, which is run by Calendly. It collects your name, email and any answers you type, plus the time you pick. Calls take place on Google Meet. We use this information to schedule and prepare for the call.

Emailing us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach, and we use them to reply.

Payments

We take payments through Stripe, not on this site. Stripe collects your name, email, billing details and payment details to process the payment. Stripe handles your card or bank details; we do not see or store full card numbers.

Clients

If you become a client, business information you share during an engagement is handled under our signed client agreement, not this policy.

We don't ask for sensitive information (such as health details, race, religion, precise location or government ID numbers). Please don't send it to us.

3. Cookies and analytics
